In the heart of Ochlocknee, Ga., a special announcement brings joy and excitement to our close-knit community. Diego Pablo, Vacavia’s assistant plant manager, and Johana Martinez, our final finish supervisor, are overjoyed to share the newest additions to their family. The couple recently welcomed twin girls, Alexa and Aixa, on Oct. 22, 2023.

We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our team, Michael Eaton, a seasoned professional with two decades of experience in the real estate industry. Michael comes to us with an impressive track record of facilitating more than 1,200 real estate transactions throughout the Florida Panhandle.

On Sept. 28-29, we attended the 6th Online Global Tiny House Conference and had the opportunity to connect with amazing and passionate pioneers in the tiny house movement.
